8. She Lost 2 Sons to Violence

Heather has had a fair share of grief, as her children took to a life of crime. Her Son, Terrell Davis-Emmons popularly called TM1way, was also a rapper like his older brother, 21 Savage.

Not only did he share the same passion for rap as his brother, but he also shared his life of crime. Sadly, he did not get a chance to turn into a new life like his brother.

On November 22, 2020, Terell was fatally stabbed by a certain Tyrece Fuller. The unfortunate incident happened in what was considered, a “drug deal gone wrong”. Fuller has been arrested and sentenced for the killing of Terrell.

Before the death of Terrell, Heather lost another son. In 2016, Quantivayus “Tayman” Joseph. He was shot and killed during a botched drug deal. Savage fondly remembers his brother as a  “Little wild nigga. Hothead. Bat out of hell, bad as hell.”

The Ifa worshipper, despite having been divorced for a very long time, has refused to remarry. However, she is in a committed relationship with a British Endocrinologist, Nutrient Therapist, and Herbalist, Dr. Amsu Anpu.

He started Electric pHood alongside Dr. Amun Neb and Micheal Lartey.

Dr. Anpu and 21 Savage have a very good relationship. One time, the Electric pHood founder referred to the rapper as his son, which might mean stepson.

However, some sources claim that the holistic doctor is the biological father of the rapper, seeing that both of them are from London, there might have been an affair somewhere in the past.

The couple has not come out to refute these allegations. Nevertheless, 21 Savage’s birth certificate shows his Birth father is Kevin Cornelius Emmons and not Dr. Amsu Anpu as widely spread.
