Rocket Ayer Williams is the eldest child and son of rapper and producer, Pharrell Williams and Helen Lasichanh. He was born before his parents walked down the aisle in October 2013. Four years later, his family’s number increased when his mother welcomed a set of triplets in 2017.

It wasn’t just his first name that was chosen after famous musicians, but even his middle name Ayer. They picked the name after Roy Ayers, an American composer and music producer.
On the other hand, the name Rocket was symbolic. Since a rocket is meant to go up, they expect the same for the eldest son.

Pharrell and his wife welcomed their triplets in June 2017. Their identity has been kept away from the media, but available information shows that the sexes of triplets have been identified as two girls and a boy.
Referred to as the “tribe” by their father who described them as an “assembly line”. When they were crawling all fours, they harmonize when they cry. And when one is hungry, so are the others.

Rocket’s father was born Pharrell Lanscilo Williams on 5th April 1973 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. His parents, Carolyn and Pharoah Williams gave birth to him as the first of their three sons. The 52 years old’s ethnic origins have been traced back to many generations in Virginia and North Carolina.
It was said that one of his ancestors traveled to West Africa in 1832, prompting other relatives to migrate to Liberia from the US in 1832.
