Travis Cure was born in Miami, Florida on the 14th of July 1987. He is African-American but holds American nationality.
Travis has three younger siblings and his mother’s name is Maria. His mother was very encouraging of his decisions.
He finished High School in 2005. In 2007, he enrolled in, and attended Tallahassee Community College but dropped out after a year into his studies.

1. Travis Cure Was Drafted Into The Marine Corps
Travis Cure enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and on the 9th of February 2009, he was to report to the military.
He was drafted to serve in Oceanside California and that was where he began his tour of duty. However, he decided to leave the Marine Corps in November of 2013.
2. Getting Jobs Was Difficult For Him
After leaving the Marine Corps, Travis sought to get other jobs in order to help support his mother and family.
He applied to be a police officer but he never got accepted. He further applied to be a firefighter and although he passed 3 tests out of 5, he didn’t receive employment from them either.
Travis became frustrated with this because he was unable to provide for his family.

3. He Used To Work In Warehouses
Travis eventually got a job in a warehouse where he was constantly lifting heavy packages. He worked in a warehouse for about 2 years and then moved to Dick’s sporting goods warehouse for another two years.
Travis had to do this in order to cater to his family and provide support to his mum who was still working to take care of him and his siblings.
At his job in the first warehouse, Travis was paid $8.00 per hour however, at his second job, it rose to $11.75.
4. Travis Cure Has Three Children From Three Women
Two days before he enlisted to join the United States Marine Corps, Travis found out that he would be a father. This was on the 7th of February 2009. Due to the fact that he was a soon-to-be single father, Travis worked hard so he could provide for his child.
In August 2012, three years after the news of his first child, he had another son in Los Angeles.
By November of 2014, Travis welcomed a third child to his life. All three children were with three different women and he had to pay child support to two of the women.
As a result of this, Travis got really frustrated with the fact that he had no job to provide for his family.
5. How Modeling Began For Travis Cure
When Travis moved to Atlanta in 2012, he got approached by a photographer who asked if he was willing to be a model. Travis was willing and so he obliged.
He spent the early days of his modeling career doing free shoots and shows for photographers and agencies because he wasn’t popular yet. He combined modeling and his job at the warehouse for a while till he decided to focus on his modeling.
In 2014, he was approached by a fitness magazine on Instagram and had a deal with them to pose for the magazine.
Later in the year 2014, Travis was named the first Model Ambassador for KRAVE Magazine and this began his steady rise as a model.
Travis did runways and was part of the Bronner Brothers team where his fan base and popularity blew from.
Travis has worked for brands such as Connaisseur Paris as well as other notable brands.

8. Travis Cure Wanted To Be A Footballer
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Travis was given an opportunity by the Corps to go back to college. He did eventually try to because he had the dream of becoming a footballer.
However, Travis’ weak education was a hindrance to this journey. He couldn’t pass the test which would have gotten him into college and so his dream of being a football player was never achieved.
9. Is Travis Cure Married?
Travis is still unmarried but has three children as already stated. He is a single father of three kids from three different mothers. However, rumors state that he is married to the mother of one of his kids. This rumor has not been confirmed yet.
However, he loves his kids so much and has worked hard over the years to provide for their every need.

The 37 year-old actor is a muscular man who has a huge body build. He stands at a height of 6 feet and 1 inch and weighs 205lbs. He also has very visible tattoos on his body.
