Tren Brown is the son of the R&B singer known as Natina Reed. Natina was an American singer, songwriter, rapper, and actress. She was also one of the three members of the late 1990s singing group known as ‘Blaque’. The group consisted of Natina, Brandi, and Shamari.
Tren is the son of the singer whom she had with her one-time fiance known as Kurupt. Kurupt is an American rapper and record producer. He and Tren’s mother had and fostered a relationship for a while and even planned on getting married. Unfortunately, the plans fell through and they never got married.
Tren was born in 2002 and shortly after his birth, his parents separated. However, he is still recognized as the love child between the singer and the record producer.

Natina Reed was born on the 28th of October 1980 in New York City, United States of America. Raised in Atlanta, she began to pursue a career in music. By her early teens, Natina was discovered by Lisa Lopes, an American rapper better known as Left Eyes.
Natina worked as a writer for the girl music group TLC. Shortly after, she gained recognition as a member of Blaque in the 1990s. With Blaque, Reed released 2 albums and was also featured in a comedy film titled ‘Bring It On’.
However, in 2003, the band dissolved after trying to transition to Elektra and failing at it. They also failed to reunite in 2010 and by this time, Tren’s mother had decided to take a break from music.
Natina Reed’s life came to an unfortunate end in 2012 after being struck and killed by a car in Atlanta. According to reports, she was crossing the road when the car hit her. She was a few miles away from home when the incident happened.
The driver of the car which struck the singer called 911 and reported the incident at about 10:30 pm on October 26th, 2012. Unfortunately, the former member of the singing group did not make it and was pronounced dead at about 10:59 pm at the age of 32.
The police report stated that the driver was not at fault for the accident and so he was not charged. Her death happened just a few days before her 33rd birthday.

Tren was about 10 years old when the tragic event that took the life of his mother occurred. As expected, he attended the funeral service with his dad and other family members.
According to reports, Tren was smiling in the arms of his dad at the funeral held at Abundant Life Church in Lithonia, Georgia. The funeral arrangement was put together by Natina’s baby daddy, Kurupt who wanted his son to be able to say a proper goodbye to his mother.
Tren had been living with his dad from the age of 6 and wasn’t in his mother’s custody when the incident happened. However, he was still close to his mum and as any young teenager would, he felt the pain of her demise.
A statement released by his dad included how they both felt at the time. The producer thanked everyone who made it to the funeral service for their love and support. He said that Natina’s demise was a huge loss to him and his son and went on to say a lot of nice things about her.
In conclusion, Kurupt stated that he and his son would always love and remember the songwriter. This declaration was no lie as, over the years, Tren has dedicated his social media pages to his mother.
On his social media handles, Brown shares pictures of her on days like Mother’s day, and her remembrance days. As of the year 2020, a virtual party in her honor was hosted by the other surviving members of the defunct singing group.
On Brown’s Instagram page with over 5k followers, he never misses her an opportunity to tell of how much he loves and misses his late mother.
The young lad has grown to be a man of his own and achieving strides. Nonetheless, he hasn’t forgotten his mother 10 years after her demise.
