Stan Nze is the firstborn of his parent’s five children. He was born Stanley Ebuka Nzediegwu on 16 May 1989 in Lagos, Nigeria. At the time he was born, his father, Sabastine was a businessman while his mother, Chika was a fashion designer.
He has a BSc. in Computer Science which he obtained from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra state. Nze was trained as an actor at the Stella Damascus Arts Foundation.

1. Stan Nze started his acting career immediately after he graduated from acting school
While growing up, Nze wanted to become an actor but he had no training on how to harness his talent. However, after he graduated from the university and enrolled at Stella Damascus Art Foundation which he revealed was the best decision he has made ever.
While he was still in acting school, he auditioned for the television series Tinseland he got on the show while he continued his training.
In 2009, the actor made his acting debut in the TV series, Private Sector. In 2013, Stan got his major film role in the 2013 movie named Murder At Prime Suites where he portrayed the role of a serial killer with bipolar affective disorder.
He later got more recognition after he appeared as Ahanna in the 2020 remake of Amake Igwe’s classic, Rattlesnake. In 2016, the actor got his first nominations as a lead actor in a movie, Just Married which was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival. He has continued to feature in several Nigerian movies and TV series.
As a producer, Stan Nze has worked on movies such as Colourless (2016), Anita (2017), Mute (2017), Within the Shadow, Split (2020), Everybody Wants Alvin , and the award-winning movie, Bad Drop (2015).

2. The actor had cold feet before his wedding
The Private Sector star revealed during an interview that celebrity breakups made him question his readiness for marriage. The actor married a fellow Nollywood star, Blessing Jessica Obasi in September 2021 but decided to keep it under wraps because, during that period, quite a number of celebrity marriages crashed.
Even though he didn’t want to make it public, his wife insisted they share a photo on social media. The couple dated for three and a half years before they married.
3. Rattlesnake actor has revealed why he married an older woman
After he got married, Nze received a lot of negative comments about marrying a woman older than he is. He later cleared the air that he married a friend with who he is comfortable and that gives him peace of mind.
According to the, his wife who is said to be 46 years old is down to earth even though she can sometimes be temperamental and hardworking. He also added that Blessing is the one God created for him and he really wants the marriage to work.

She is reportedly the CEO of D’Esparanza Media Production. Some of her projects include The Recipient, Dirt Dirtier, Binta Kolonko, and a few others. as an actor, she has featured in blockbuster movies like Game of Chess, Elevator Baby, Prophetess, and Fractured which brought her to the limelight.
Blessing attended the University of Lagos in 2006 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.
