Real Housewives Of Johannesburg is one of South Africa’s most-watched reality TV series. It has received recognition amidst praises since it started airing in 2018. The series features women such as Christall Lydia Kay, Brinnette Seopela in 2 seasons, mother and daughter: Evodia Mogase and Mercy Mogase in season 1 among others. Season 2 features Lebo JoJo Gunguluza, Lethabo Mathatho, and 5 others.
At the centre stage of the show is the lives of the casts which showcases their professional and personal lives. The show is based on America’s ‘The Real Housewives with Pebbles Gqunta, Sonia Mbele and Rebone Sesing as its executive producers. The 1st season was presented Moshe Ndiki while the 2nd season was presented by Phat Joe.

However, only 6 of the 11 cast members were featured in season 1 of the show while 7 members featured in season 2. Of the 7 members of the second season are 2 members from the first.
1. Christall Kay
Christall Kay is an actor, entrepreneur, lawyer, model, and singer who started to gain attention when she became one of the cast members of The Housewives. She was one of the original Housewives in season 1 of the reality series and one of the only two members to feature in season 2.
The Durbin born and Bluff raised Christall who is also known as Miss Kay has been described as the one Housewife filled with drama, has a large heart, and a go-getter. In many episodes, she has been caught screaming, dancing, and even singing amidst other things.
In her private life, Kay was married to Eddie Kay, and a child together and became separated in 2019.
2. Brinnette Seopela
Brinnette Seopela was born on October 16, 1979, and was raised as an only child. She is a business owner and a reality TV star.
One of the most real of the RHOJ is Brinnette who would let the world get to know her and the many things surrounding her life – not many people have the guts of Brinnette! In the reality show, Brinnette has journeyed viewers to her traditional wedding and even white wedding amidst many other things. With Kay, she featured in season 1 and made it to feature in the second season.
3. Lebo Jojo Gunguluza
Born on June 4, 1992, Lebo has risen to become a household name in South Africa and a number of African countries. She is an entrepreneur, wife to famous South African businessman, Lebo Gunguluza; and Real Housewives cast member who joined the show in its second season.
In the RHOJ, Lebo has fast become one of the most loved of the stars for her ability to try to make peace among conflicting members of the reality show, the classy looks she often has, and as one of the youngest to be part of the show.
Still, Lebo juggles the life of fame, wife and motherhood and all have contributed to making her reputable in various ways.

4. Lethabo Mathatho
Lethabo Mathatho had a struggling life being raised by a single mother as one of three children. But she has risen to become a is a radio personality, TV and Radio producer, motivational speaker, philanthropist, and one of Real Housewives of Johannesburg cast members. She joined the do-reality show in its second season and has since remained one of the Housewives to possess the quality of boldness and a good sense of humour.
5. Mpho Merriweather
Born in Botswana and raised in the UK, Merriweather is one of the cast members of RHOJ. She made her debut in 2019 and has since gained attention. She has however established herself as an entrepreneur, one of the best jewellery designers in the UK, and Botswana’s first female jewellery designer for De Beers.
6. Mpumi Mophatlane
Nompumelolo Thandeka Mophatlane, popularly known as Mrs Mops and self-acclaimed ‘queen of shade’ is renowned for living a life of luxury and for featuring in Real Housewives of Johannesburg.

8. Evodia Mogase
Evodia Mogase popularly known as ‘madame’ is a south African tv personality, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and also a producer. she is famous for appearing in the show the real housewives of Johannesburg.
Evodia Mogase began her career in catering. her firm won a five-year contract with Eskom where she was working as a vegetarian manager. she is also a promoter of Herbalife products. she lives a healthy and flamboyant lifestyle.

Mercy Mogase is the daughter of Evodia Mogase. Mercy Mogase is also a multitalented South African television personality. She became popular after she featured in the real housewives of Johannesburg.
She is also a fitness idol and is focused on empowering women in business as well. She was raised by her mother after her parents divorced.
10. Lendy Ter Mors
Lendy Ter Mors is also known as Busisiwe Ter Mor. South Africa tv personality was born in England. she is a happy mother of two and enjoys being a housewife and playing golf.
She appeared on the screens of the real housewives of Johannesburg in the first season which premiered on August 3, 2018.
11. Naledi Willers
The former beauty queen Naledi Willers is a South African reality TV star and actress. She is one of the casts of the real housewives of Johannesburg. growing up wasn’t easy for her because her father was a white South African while her mother was a black Botswana woman.
She is married to a famous South African radio DJ Quinton Masina also known as Naked DJ.
Willers was diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer but luckily for her, she defeated the disease.
