Despite her educational background in Accounting, South Africa’s Bontle Smith would prefer to walk the path of entertainment as a dancer, model, upcoming television sensation, singer, and vocalist who would match on to win the Amapiano Artist of the year in the African Entertainment Social Awards.

Biography Of Bontle Smith
It was on April 1, 1989, that Bontle Mabotlahle Smith was born in Tembisa. Later in life, she relocated to Lebowakgomo, Limpopo, and later went back to continue spending her years in Tembisa.
Educationally, Smith passed through a number of schools including high school before she found herself at the University of Johannesburg where she obtained a Bachelor in Accounting Science.
Bontle knew she had it in her to sing even at a young age. By the time she turned 12, she had already found a place in Church to perform music.
While attending the University of Johannesburg, Smith joined an up to date singing group called Currents of Blackness. However, it was not until in 2010 that she worked on her first song ‘Lose Yourself in the Music’ with Dj Giggs.
Time passed and Bontle continued to break walls to get her to the stage of becoming a sort-after hip hop artist who would go on to be featured in one of Casper Nyovest’s hits ‘Gets Getsa 2.0’.
