It was on April 10, 1986, that Alex Ekubo was born in Portharcourt, Rivers State as the second of 4 siblings.
He obtained his first living certificate from K. Kotun Nursery and Primary School, Lagos before proceeding to Katsina where he attended Federal Government College Daura. It was after then that Alex went to the University of Calabar where he graduated in 2008.
He debuted his acting career in 2005 when he featured in ‘Sinners in the House’. However, it was not until he featured in ‘Ladies Men’ years later that he gained a lot of attention.
