Ahjah Walls is a Texas-based gospel singer and a performer with The Walls Group. The group is an urban contemporary musical gospel group consisting of four siblings including Ahjah. The Walls Group is currently signed to RCA Records.
Walls is the youngest member of the family music group. Her sister Rhea Walla and two of her brothers Darell and Alic Walls have been members of the band since 2009. Ahjah is said to have joined the group when she was around twelve years of age.

The gospel singer was born on November 20 1997 to her parents Roger and Alicia Wall. Aside from her three siblings that they are in a band together, Ahjah has four other younger siblings: Michea, Talia, Nicco, and China Walls.
Her parents are also known as Mom and Pop Walls. She was raised alongside her siblings in Houston. She attended Dulles High School and later earned a degree in vocal performance from the University of North Texas. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Stanford University.

1. Ahjah Walls’ has been singing since the age of four
At an early age, Walls started sing just like everone else in her family. At the age of 12, she joined her three siblings Rhea Wall, Darell andAlic Walls in 2009 to form the quartet. Her older brother Darrel McGlothen Walls who is also the eldest member of the group portrayed unique musical abilities at a tender age. He was taugh how to play tambourine at the age of one and half while he was at Grace Memorial C.O.G.I.C. He was well known for playing the instrument everywhere he went.

He is known for his raspy, spoulful sound. Paco is often compared to his mother who also has a raspy hoarse tone.

On July 20, 2018, Ahjah Walls shared a photo of herself and her boyfriend Kylie Luce with a caption that suggested that they got engaged. Luce also shared the same picture on his timeline.

5. The Walls first album got them a record deal
On June 11, 2012 The Walls Group released a self-titled album with Wall2Wall Entertainmentand the album made it to the billboard top gospel albums chart at No. 29. The group caught the attention of the renown gospel singer Kirk Franklin who then signed the group to Fo Yo Soul Recordings in association with RCA Records.
The group later relased their first studio album Fast Forward on September 2, 2014 and the album charted on the billboard 200 chart at No. 39 and No. 1 on the Top Gospel Albums chart. The same album got four star out of five reviews from Allmusic’s Andy Kellman and Dwayne Lacy.

During one of their performances in church, The Wall group apparently did a sign with their hands that made thier audience questioned their faith. The audience was said to have more older and traditional christians.
They received so much criticism for that until thneir label CEO rose to their defense. Kirk Franklin explained that the sign was an H symbol which signifies the group’s hometown.

The group has received several nominations and accolades for their music. At the 57th annual Grammy Awards, The Walls Group was nominated for Best Gospel Performance/song for their song Love on the Radio. Also the group has been nominated for two Dove awards and four Stellar Awards.
