1. She Dropped out of Law School to Pursue a Career in Acting
As earlier stated, Adjoa enrolled at the Bristol Polytechnic to study law but she never graduated. The actress revealed that she dropped out in her second year to pursue her passion.
Following this, she started acting classes and was later invited for a show audition in London. Though her father wasn’t happy with her switch, her mother was proud of her bold decision.
2. She is Skilled in Many Crafts
Adjoa stayed back in London without getting an acting job for nearly a year and had to take up a cleaning job. After a while, she moved into a co-operative in Brixton where she was taught several crafts including concrete laying, building windows, and door frames.
