Ibrahim Chatta is an award-winning Nigerian actor, producer, writer, director, and singer best known for his roles in Yoruba films including Atini O’go (2006) Mafi Wonmi (2008) Olokiki Oru: The Midnight Sensation (2019).
Biography
Popular as Ibrahim Chatta, he was born Ibrahim Abiodun Chatta on October 13th, 1970 in Bachita, Kwara State of Nigeria. He is currently 53 years old.
At a younger age, Chatta attends theatre play shows where he would meet Duro Ladipo, Adebayo Salami (Oga Bello), and Ray Eyiwunmi (Baba Ray). Drawing inspiration from them, he dreamed to become one. He dreamt, worked, and started as an actor who would become well-known as far as Yoruba and Nigerian movie scenery is concerned.
Besides his acting career, he has proven his talent in entertainment taking part as a writer, director, producer, and singer. As a singer, he has performed more than a hundred soundtracks and other jingles in the Yoruba language.
His songs include ‘My Money’, Area, Friday Night, Boom Boom Boom, and another with Alhaji Abdulkabir Alayande.

Ibrahim, however, came out through a video to appreciate people for the concern about his health. It was then he made it known that he was not sick but the picture he shared earlier was from a movie scene he was still working on.
